These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between you and nutrimont for the purchase of products through our online shop.
These GTC apply to all orders placed through the nutrimont online shop, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By completing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation sent by email.
All prices stated are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and, where applicable, include statutory value-added tax (VAT). The available payment methods will be displayed to you at checkout.
Delivery is made to the address you provide. Estimated shipping costs and delivery times will be displayed to you at checkout before you complete your order.
The delivered goods remain the property of nutrimont until paid in full.
The laboratory values and evaluations provided via nutrimont are intended for general information and guidance. They do not constitute a medical diagnosis and do not replace medical advice. We accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of test results without consulting a doctor.
The statutory warranty provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply, unless otherwise provided below.

These GTC are governed exclusively by Swiss law, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of nutrimont.
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
