We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find out under what conditions a return is possible.
You may return unopened and unused test kits to us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Please contact us via the email address provided in the Legal Notice to initiate the return process.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, test kits that have already been opened, used, or sent in for laboratory analysis are excluded from return. This applies in particular once a sample has been taken or sent to the laboratory.
Once we have received and inspected the returned, unused goods, we will refund the purchase price within 10 working days using the payment method originally used. You are generally responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
If you are ordering as a consumer from the EU and are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal, a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the goods generally applies. However, the right of withdrawal may lapse once sealed goods have been unsealed for reasons of health protection or hygiene (e.g. opened or used test kits).
